In-Home Services in Philadelphia
In-Home Geropsychiatric Programs are part of an effort to reach out to older adults who have difficulty accessing services. In-home geropsychiatric programs provide mental health services to people age 60 and older in their homes or community settings. The non-crisis services include assessment, treatment, referral, case management, and coordination with medical and service providers.
